A core is defined as a part that is no longer usable and is being replaced by the purchased product. There are three different options in replacing a part requiring a core return. All new customers are placed on Bill for Core terms.
Our core return policy applies to the following Philips, DENT-X, A/T 2000 and Gendex Dental X-Ray processors:
All Wash/Dry, Fixer & Developer transport racks
Repaired motors
Repaired control modules

EXCHANGE - Simply send in the old part(s) to be exchanged along with a purchase order and we will exchange the part(s) upon receipt with our new or repaired equivalent part(s) and ship to the address indicated on the purchase order. The part(s) and shipping will be invoiced and payable within our payment terms.
•BILL FOR CORE -The part(s) as well as the core(s) are invoiced upon shipment of the purchase order. The invoiced core(s) are recorded into your ‘CORE CREDIT DUE’ file and can be credited at any time upon receipt of the required core. On the packing slip, SERIAL is referenced in front of the part to indicate the core has been invoiced.
•ADVANCE -We will advance the part(s) without the receipt of a core prior to shipment. The cost of the part is invoiced with a $5 advance fee per purchase order. We would like the core to be returned to us within 2 weeks (see next page, Return Label Service for easy core return shipment). If we do not receive the core within 30 days, an invoice will be processed for the core amount (see prices) along with an additional $5 processing fee. Please pay the core invoice per the standard payment terms or return the core prior to the invoice date. If the invoice has been paid and the core is returned after 60 days from the original order date, the core will be recorded into your ‘FUTURE CORE’ account and can be used for future orders with equal core requirements. A future core notice upon receipt of the core will be sent for your records. No credits will be issued.
•FUTURE CORE – We will keep record of any additional cores received in a future core account for our customers. This allows us to exchange the cores for the equivalent part, in the future, with no advance fee. These cores can be used automatically when a purchase order is received or only upon request. The packing slip will identify the future core used as an exchange preceding the part number and serial number. Future cores will be eligible for use for 5 years from receipt at which point they will be removed from your account.
Due to limited availability, we are not able to advance certain parts, such as the M-75, M-60 & M-90 motors as well as limited Dent-X, Philips, Gendex and A/T 2000 parts.
Please be as clear as possible on your incoming paperwork. If questions arise from your shipment of goods for We Buy, Core Return or No-Sale we will attempt to contact you. If the issues are not resolved within 90 days from receipt of goods, the items in question will be returned or forfeited at our discretion.
